Eight Hedrons
Every facet is an individual piece of wood. I enjoy these exercises in precision — each edge, shape, angle, and size must be as close to perfect as I can get it. It allows me to transform solid geometry into solid shapes. The finishes are polyurethane, teak oil and/or wax. So far I have used oak, dark and light mahogany, maple, lacewood, and purple heart.

And to think that 45 degree angles give me a hard time. Like most great work most people will think its easy. It AIN'T!!!
