Materials: Hard Rock Maple
Hard rock maple butcher block.
Maple drawer boxes with sidemount full extension slides.
Table frame is morticed tennoned and pinned.
Finish is sanding sealer 2 coats with 3 tops coats black lacquer.
This was a Rock Hard Maple Kitchen Island / Workstation I designed and built for one of our clients. The butcher block, legs and frame are hard rock maple. The beaded panels deck planking drawer fronts and boxes are soft maple.

Sides are 3/4" maple frame with beaded maple inset.
