Krenov-style Display Cabinet
Woodworker: Mitch Mandel
Having always admired the spare elegance of James Krenov’s work, Mandel strove to capture that spirit when he built this display cabinet. Made of black walnut, tiger maple, and purpleheart, the cabinet features curved legs set at 45° to the case, and a slightly curved front with flat glass panels. It is finished with oil and varnish.
