Double Entry Doors

Double Mahogany entry doors with veneer/foam core. Panel glued with polyurethane adhesive and floating tenons glued with Titebond III. First attempt at making curved moldings and fitting curved mitre joints. Moldings consisted of 32 separate pieces attached with glue and 23 gauge stainless steel pins. Finished with Penofin Hardwood Formula.

Final trimming with chisel and hand plane. Wood was still unfinished here.
