Cutoff Table
Back in the days before I had a radial arm saw in my shop, I worked out a cutoff table to use with my portable circular saw. The fixture consists of a 2×12 table, a 2×4 fence and a guide bridge. The rabbets on the two bridge pieces should face each other and be spaced just wide enough to fit the base of your portable circular saw. If desired, a stop block can be C-clamped to the fence for accurate duplicate cutoff work.
