There’s nothing more aggravating than preparing a workpiece for a furniture project, only to dent it from an accidental drop. The good news is that often these dents can be fixed. In this video, Chicago furniture maker Jeff Miller demonstrates how to repair a dent using a household iron and some moisture. Watch as he goes to work on a workpiece.

I just steamed out a small dent in veneer that was attached to mdf using the iron as described in the video. It worked great. Thanks!
