Water Tight Bags for Veneering

An extremely effective and durable bag for vacuum veneering can be improvised from a waterproof storage bag used for kayaking and white-water rafting. The bags are heavy-duty plastic and have excellent closure systems that are airtight. They can be modified for veneering by adapting the air tube (used for blowing up the bag) to fit the pump hose.
