The Deluxe Ripsaw Izaemon, available from Japan Woodworker, is a ripsaw with a blade that can be sharpened. It has more teeth per inch toward the heel of the blade, which is helpful for starting cuts. As a dovetail saw, the Deluxe Ripsaw Izaemon performed superbly.
