There is some incorrect information in this video. The presenter says pine will expand and contract more that oak. That is not the case. White pine for example moves a lot less than many hardwoods including oak. Check some research. Always leave some room for a panel to move, never glue it in other than at the mid point of the panel along the grain. Finish the panel before you put the door together.
