We’re trying to help our readers make some smart tool choices and we need your advice. Our annual Tool Guide doesn’t come out until September, but because it’s a fairly huge project involving hundreds of tools, it’s already in production and I’m knee-deep in page proofs. One of the best things about the Tool Guide, if you ask me, is the rankings by readers who actually use the tools. That’s where you folks can help.

This year’s online Reader Survey got underay this morning. Please click here to find the survey and tell us what you think about some of the tools we’re reviewing in this year’s Tool Guide. I promise it only takes 5 minutes or so, not counting the time needed to visit your shop and double-check model numbers.
