My dad, now retired, used to own a picture framing business. He used the stock aluminum frames, but was always afraid of using wood frames. This would be a big help to him!

Yonder stands a man in this lonely crowd.
THIS SOUNDS LIKE A GREAT BOOK TO HELP ME. I WILL BE STARTING A PROJECT TO FRAME A NUMBER OF PIECES OF ANTIQUE MUSIC FOR OUR PIANO WALL. ALSO, SINCE TODAY IS MY 73RD BIRTHDAY, IT WOULD BE A TREMENDOUS DOUBLE GIFT, 1)FOR MY BIRTHDAY AND, 2) TO PLEASE MY WIFE THAT I WAS SEEKING EXPERT ADVISE!
Thank you for the opportunity to win this great book! I'd put it to good use, if chosen.

I am new in woodworking. My first challenge is to build
a perfect picture frame. This book will be a great asset
for me.
Thanks.
Looks like a very interesting book -- would love to add it to my woodworking library.

This book looks like it would solve a number of knotty problems with making picture frames. David Hartmann
iiiiiiiiii...like it.
As a practicing artist this would be really handy!
this would be great!
Like many others have said, this would be a great book to have. I suffer from a common household malady, lack of frameitis, ie. lots of art and pictures but no frames to go with them because I'm too frugal to pay more for the frame than the art.
I realy do like picture framing
I was fortunate to have been featured in the Philadelphia Inquirer for recent work I've done. When I heard the price of framing the article of course I said: "I'm a woodworker-I'll make the frame and allow the frame shop to do the mat and glass." That was four months ago-the wood for the frame is still on a bench in the shop...
I would like to win this book so that maybe I can make something other than sweat and sawdust, with all of my great new toys.
Thank you for all your help.
Other than the enjoyment, is there a market for sweat and sawdust.
Please count me in. Thx
I'd be honored. Thanks a ton!
Please count me in too.
Please count me in also
My wife would love it if I won this book because then I would have no excuse to not make all the picture frames that she has asked me to build.
Just have to frame some pictures from my vacation. That would be handy. :)
I love books - especially woodworking books that would look good on the bookcase I'm currently building.
I like books.
This would be a great book to add to my collection. So many pictures and so few frames. I will probably buy it if I don't win it. Thanks

My wife's a photographer and she's already asked me to think about making some frames. Some matting ideas would be helpful too.
Being an amateur photographer and a novice woodworker, this book is an excellent way to show my work and improve my woodworking skills at the same time. A frame can make the difference when displaying a photograph, and there is nothing better than having the skills to build a frame to complement a photograph, or perhaps the other way around.
My son is an artist but has to spend many hours making frames for his art, if I knew how to make frames I could relieve him of the "framing component" and allow him to spend time painting. This book, I'm sure, would provide me with the instruction set to allow me to become the "family framing guru" and allow my son to paint.
Love Woodworking.
This would be a nice addition to my woodworking library.
Looks like a great book!
I'm a novice and I need help with everything!
I've made several picture frames with varying degrees of success. This book looks like a great way to learn to make perfect frames every time. Thanks for the opportunity to participate!
Did you see my last picture frame? I need this book
I could use that book.
I make the occasional frame for my wife's paintings and could really use the book.
