Neither free nor member only videos are working for past 2 days. Bad business to advertise a free video in an email and recipient find the videos won't play. I would not sign up for membership based on this experience.
In reply to DDJ, the videos are working for me just fine. I think the problem is on your end. What browser are you using? You might clear the browser caches and try again. Also check that Javascript is up to date for your browser. Unfortunately those sorts of issues are not within the control of FineWoodworking or the Taunton press. If they were doing something to prevent the videos from playing, they wouldn't play for anyone.
