Marshall Fletcher has one gripe about all the different shops he has lived with through the years. No matter how much work he put into them or how beautiful they were, they didn’t add to the value of his home when it came time to sell. So this time around, he opted for an addition on his house that can be used as a beautiful shop but then converted to a great room or utility room by later owners. The new shop has been a great success. It added value to the property, improved the overall appearance of his home, and gave him an energy-efficient, convenient, comfortable workspace for all seasons.
