I’m trying to move our catalog of slideshows to a more viewable and shareable format. So, every other week I will upload a slideshow from the archive to youtube. I figured that I might as well post them here in case any of you missed it the first time.
This Masters of the Craft with Curtis Buchanan has been incredibly well received on youtube and facebook. Watch it and you’ll see why.
Here’s a link to Jon Binzen’s original Masters of the Craft post.

I thoroughly enjoyed this slide show and Cutis' commentary. Thanks for uploading it.
Great show, thanks.
I have a great smile on my face and an eual amount of good thoughts and feelings from watching this story of a contented man. I'm, in a way very similar to him, so I understand everything he said.
What a great story!
Probably one of the best interviews I've heard from Fine Woodworking. Curtis sounds like someone who is truly happy with everything about the work he does. So much different than many other professional furniture makers I know who struggle constantly to keep going and paying the bills. Would be nice to be so content doing what you do for a living.
So peaceful and serene-just pure joy. Love that little log cabin. What a lucky man, maybe one percent of the "modern" world are that happy in their jobs.good on ya!
