If you asked me what the first thing that comes to mind when you mention April 1st, without hesitation I would say it’s Lee Valley’s April Fools videos. They always come up with something great and they put everything they’ve got into it. This year is no different. I’d love to see the smiles on the engineers and fabricators faces when they are making these elaborate tools.

I was also really happy to see that Lie Nielsen is getting in on the action too. FWW editor Tom McKenna made sure I saw their April Fools entry. Pretty great stuff! If they sold a kit I’m sure more than a few of you would be ordering one.
