Woodpeckers introduces Setup Block Sets to the everyday lineup
Northeast Ohio tool manufacturer Woodpeckers announced their Setup Blocks have been converted from a OneTIME Tool to an always available permanent product. Woodpeckers Setup Blocks take the tiny lines on rules and tapes out of your life and replace them with a precise physical reference of fractional inch measurements. They’re a great way to set the height of sawblades and router bits and the depth of cut on your drill press. You can also use them to gauge the dimension of dadoes, grooves, and rabbets.
Blocks can be used individually or stacked in combination to hit a specific dimension. The generous 4-in. length is a big benefit at the tablesaw, simplifying the location of top dead center on sawblades.
The blocks are all machined to a tolerance of no more than ±.002″ on state-of-the-art CNC mills. In typical Woodpecker fashion, each block is anodized in their familiar bright red finish with the size of each block clearly laser engraved on the face.
Woodpeckers offers the Setup Blocks in several different sets, including a 10-piece metric set. You can build a complete set over time, or get them all at once. All sets come conveniently packaged and the full-boat 42-piece set can be purchased in a stackable Systainer.
