For years, I’ve used auto body sanding blocks in my woodworking practice. I occasionally run into the issue of having to carefully sand contours or profiles that require several steps to prevent losing shape or rounding over sharp edges. I’ve found three different methods for making cost effective and completely customizable sanding blocks for the shop.
