I'll assume that you are asking about the shank size. If not, perhaps you can explain your needs a bit better.
There are a number of places that sell rail and stile sets with 1/2" shanks. In fact, the 1/2" shank is much more common than other sizes for routers. Among the places that I am aware of:

And I'm certain that there are many more....
No, it's is not the shank. I have to make couple doors to match the old one which have the cope and stick is 1/2" (usualy is 3/8"). Unfortunately, I don't know who made the cabinet. Thanks.vn
You may be out of luck in trying to do it the way the door was built. As you say, all the router bits seem to make a profile which is 3/8" wide. When I've gotten stuck like that, I've reproduced the profile as best I could with the table saw and multiple passes with different router bits, and then joined the rails to the stiles with mortise&tenon joinery. That's basically how they made doors with fancy profiles before the development of cope-and-stick profiles.
