10″ Bandsaw Sears 21400/RIKON 10-305 – Sears Sale at $179…
Sears is selling the 10″ Craftsman 21400 duplicate of the Rikon 10-305 for $179.95 with free shipping – unfortunately ending today 4/28//2012
You can check out this saw at Highland Woodworking, where it is sold (I believe) for $249 plus $35 shipping.
It is not a toy. I have one and it is a great value. I use it to resaw veneer for double-bevel marquetry, and while the max resaw is only 5″ – it is enough for me.

Compared to cheap Benchtop Table Saws
this bandsaw is surprisingly well-built for the money.
Just spent hours looking at benchtop table saws. Most all seemed junk. This is a beautifully built, precision machine in comparison.
Its biggest fault: Small 1/3 hp motor. Thick stock does take forever. But a Highland 1/2" 'Woodslicer' blade works great with it - and it really is a pleasure to use.
Too bad, I was not able to get hold of it. It would have been well worth the money since I am cutting both soft and hard woods.
No fret, selections of various band saw machines are available at http://www.utilitybandsaw.com .
RIKON 10-305 Bandsaw closeout on sale at Highland - $199
The RIKON version of this bandsaw is apparently being closed out, selling now for $199 (down from $249) plus $49 shipping.
This is a great, surprisingly well made small bandsaw. See:

Get the 1/2 " 'woodslicer' to go with it
The RIKON is now available for the same list as the Craftsman. But it has a 5-year warranty. You do get a miter gauge with the Craftsman you do not get with the RIKON, but it is pretty much a POS...
Craftsman 21400/Rikon 10-305 back again for $179
and with free shipping:

No idea for how long. While Highland Woodworking has the Rikon version 10-305 for $199, shipping is additional. From everything I can see - the 21400 and 10-305 are exactly the same machine.
I have had my 21400 for some months now - and it is great. I installed a Highland 'woodslicer' blade - well worth it. I can resaw hard maple (1/4" thick for splines/floating tenons in joining 3/4 in stock). While it is slow because of the 1/3 HP motor - it is precise. A great machine for the money.
I had an old Hitachi tilting 10" before - CB6Y . It is a POS compared to the 21400 - but I've found I use both. Yesterday, while making some floating tenon stock on the 21400 - I had lost my little push stick. Nice to stop - run over to the Hitachi - and notch one out.
Even if you have a 'full size' bandsaw - you can't go wrong with this machine for $179.
