I use the Freud 40t Premier Fusion combination blade. A dedicated rip blade is likely not going to give you the finish you're looking for. And the Freud is fast enough for my purposes. It's also available in thin kerf.
Saw marks are more a function of blade alignment than the blade itself. For me, the Freud thin kerf Resaw blade is as good as I will ever need.
Poor blade to fence alignment.
Gummy blade.
Wood with internal tension that binds on the blade, and no splitter.
Wood with natural pitch, such as cherry.
I can't tell you one that doesn't leave at least some marks.
If I really need a fine finish then I rip oversize with my rip blade (silent power from Felder definitely leaves marks even if well set-up) then finish with a crosscut blade.
TBH, rip marks are much less noticeable using the sliding table on my saw than the rip fence, so I suspect that much has to do with having perfect alignment, and that being almost impossible to achieve.
