I have some 200yr old wide plank pine that I removed from a attic floor in boston ma. I was going to build 2 country hutches .but i’m not s ure if that would be a waste of such beautifull wood do you have any idears.thanks Ron

Hi Ron,
What a find! Sounds like some really great material! Here on the west coast we don't find such nice old wide pine planks - altough sometimes we can run into a stach of very nice old VG fir.
I thnk Hutches sound like a great project. I would love to see the finished pieces - could you post them here?

Just so you know, 200 year old wood will warp with a change in the humidity just as readily as wood from a tree that was cut down last week.
