I’m considering purchasing a 23 gauge pinner or brad/pinner and have been looking at Cadex, Nikle, and Grex. All reviews I’ve looked at have left me confused as to which is the better product (or maybe they’re all great). Any experiences or thoughts? Also, as a new woodworker, I’m looking initially for a one time purchase, is it worth the extra money for a 2 inch length pinner or brad/pinner for trim and/or glue-ups? Thanx in advance for your thoughts/advice.

Aren't the cadex and grex actually made by the same company just different labeling and maybe some minor differences???
Not sure - I'll have to try and find out.

Those are all good guns. Personally I bought 2 Cadex guns that I'm quite happy with. Using them for over 2 years already. In all kinds of professional applications we've never needed a 23 gauge pin that's longer than the 1 3/8" size.

Thanx David!! I'll stick to the 1 3/8" size guns.
