I’m trying to find locking swivel casters for the rolling shop cabinets made by Bill Endress in one of Taunton’s recent supplements. The drawing shows them with an overall height of 3″. I can’t find them anywhere. Any ideas?

Just how critical is the 3"? My local ACE hardware has a fairly large selection of casters (swiveling, non-swiveling, and locking) in 3-4 sizes. Home Depot also has a pretty good selection.
Personally, I prefer non-swiveling casters. I'm just finishing up these two rolling tool carts and used two non-swiveling casters and two shop made legs under each one. I can move them around very easily, and don't have to bother locking the casters - or having the cart try to move if I forget to lock them (a distinct possibility at my age and level of dementia - lol).
Found what I needed at Lowes. Thanks.
