There are plenty of them in Europe. Where are you? Alternatively why not source 1-1/2in bore stuff and use bushings or top hats to fit to your spindle?
Another thought. Have you tried the European tooling manufacturers with representation in the USA: Leitz, Oppold, Leuco, Garniga, etc or some of the machinery manufacturers who also sell tooling: Felder, Hammer, SCM-Minimax, Rojek, etc? A point to note, though, is that we use very little brazed profile cutters in Europe - here it is mainly replaceable tip stuff with tool steel, HSS or carbide inserts
