Dear Mr. Marks, recently I have had several calls concerning a 1″ ball burr that you use for carving or hogging out wood. Your followers have mentioned that your website recommends my store as the source for these burrs.
My research shows that you purchased 3 burrs in 2002 that are of the 1″ variety but the burrs that you purchased were double cuts and your followers are asking for single cut. Double cuts are usually for ferrous metal whereas singles are for non ferrous materials and wood.
The source that we aquired the 1″ double cuts from carries only a 5/8″ ball in the single cut version. If you would please email me with the number of the burr that you recommend and the manufacturer, (the 1″ ball was a #9 made by SGS), I will be more than happy to stock them.
Thankyou

Bill, I got a really weird page from that link. It involved a java "NullPointerException"forestgirl -- you can take the girl out of the forest, but you can't take the forest out of the girl ;-)Another proud member of the "I Rocked With ToolDoc Club" .... :>)
FG,
Thanks for checking the link. Shame on me! I copied it from the page I visited, but didn't check it after I posted. I promise I'll try to do better! <g>

Thanks Bill, that was the ticket ! Unfortunately, my price would be no better than the web site but at least I can tell folks how to get them now...
Thanks again.
