Hi Charles, Since no one chimed in yet I thought I would see if I could give you a hand. In most chemical reactions, heat will accelerate the rate of reaction. Cureing of any finish is a chemical reaction, chemical bonds are formed in the finish as a function of time. Catalysts also will increase the rate of reaction, metal driers are a type of catalyst. If you can provide more detailed information about the varnish you are going to use I may be able to provide a more specific answer. At this point it you want to minimize your cure time I would suggest that you put your project in a warm area or under some hot lights and that will help, if indeed there is any cure to be done.
