Hi All,
Has anyone else had problems with the digital content on IPads? I’ve got the FWW App and , having paid my 2025 subscription, can now only access content from Jan 2025 onward. Previously I could go back 5 years.
I’ve tried emailing Customer Service – Manage Digital Access but no joy. Is the omeda.com email not working for anyone else?
I’m UK based so cant call unfortunately
Thanks in advance

Good luck
I had the same problem after the latest and not so greatest App update. I’m in the US and called customer service. At the time I couldn’t see any issues in the App and I also couldn’t log into FWW.com
Customer service fixed the FWW.com login and gave me access to the current issue in the App and that’s it. A few days later I received an email from magazine clearinghouse that now has control over the App, they gave me access to two or three more issues and apologized to me because the FWW PUBLISHER did not tell them anything about the subscribers length of subscriptions, they asked me if I had receipts for my subscriptions they would add additional issues to my App access. Who keeps subscription receipts?
I also had the same problem with Fine Homebuilding. I ended up deleting both the Apps, I’m done wasting my time with something I shouldn’t have to deal with.
I’m a digital and print subscriber so I just use FWW.com now.
I enjoyed the app and liked that I could take my iPad to the shop and use the videos and plans/guides but like I said I’d rather be in the shop working rather than messing with something that was broken and should be fixed by someone else.
Wish I could give you encouragement but that’s my experience.
Good woodworking.
Have the same issue. They restored my purchase since the last renewal (March 25) but not including the past issues. They asked for receipts from previous renewals which I could not retrieve from the app store (search returned too many matches) so I told them I've been a e-reader since at least six years ago. Still waiting for a reply.
