Accurate 45 degree triangle for setting saw and miter gauge.
Hello I am looking for a super accurate 45 degree triangle for under 50 dollars. My hope was to find a drafting triangle but I am unable to find in the details of how accurate they actually are. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You could also look up machinist 45 square on Amazon .
The head on a quality combo square will probably be better than the deviation of a tablesaw blade during a cut. That said, the Beall tilt-box gives you 100ths of a degree readouts.
I think if we knew a little more about what your goal is we could give better responses. Making a cut on a blank and then reversing the beveled faces, joining them and checking the edge against a straight edge is a quick and dirty method.
In my general use I rely on an Incra V-27 for the miter gauge part and a Beall tilt box for blade bevels.
I don't know what the actual accuracy tolerances are but, something like this is certainly more than adequate enough for woodworking:

A Staedtler drafting triangle will fit the bill, and they're MUCH cheaper than "under $50".--just a few dollars. To check for yourself before you purchase one, take a piece of glass to the art supply store and stand 2 triangles on it with their backs touching. You'll see that there is no space between the 2 upright sides. (Modern float glass is almost dead flat.)
