how do you change the speed on a 9″inch craftsman drill press / adjust the belt???? chipper 2/27/04 thank you! email: [email protected]

I don't know that particular model, but on most drill presses, you open the cover on top, and with the unit off and unplugged, you move the belt from one pair of grooves to another. That's if you have multiple grooves on each pulley.
