I have an older Hitachi table saw, My friend lost the arbor collar and set nut and it has been discontinued so I can’t order a new one. How do I fix this without having to buy a new saw? Please help.

If it was meant for the American market chances are it has a 5/8 arbour, any nut and flange will do, if not find out the metric thread and search for a corresponding nut and flange. https://www.amazon.ca/Ryobi-0101010920-0101010302-Washer-RTS21G/dp/B01M0V8M0K
What Gulfstar said.
Know anyone with a tablesaw? Ask to borrow their nut. There's a good chance it's universal, and you can order a spare from whatever.
Please explain the whole tablesaw thing before asking to make use of anyone's nuts. I'm just sayin....
