Hello
I have a delta unisaw table saw. I do not have a riving knive (the saw did not come with one) What is the best after market riving knive for a delta unisaw? Seems there are articles on riving knives that come with the saw, but none on adding one to an older saw (mine is 2-3 years old) Thanks

Aftermarket riving knife.

Well - by definition it is not a 'riving knife' but the Shark Guard will fill your needs perfectly. I've had one installed on my Unisaw for over a year and am completely satisfied. The removable above-the-table dust collection has totally eliminated all tablesaw dust.
I find I am better off if i violate the 'general rules' and run my blade at maximum height while under the guard. There is less, if any, forward thrust on the workpiece and the rear of the blade remains close to the splitter.

If you're intent on having a riving knife, the BORK is the only aftermarket riving knife I know of. I don't ge out much so that may not be such a grand endorsement, LoL.
I've had one on my Unisaw for several years now and it works fine. It does take a bit of fussing to get it right, but it's not like you have to install it every day, and the knife is relatively easy to remove. Mine requires reaching into the throat of the saw so make sure it's unplugged. ISYKT. My Uni is 40+ years old.
