Hey guys I have a 18 V Cordless Dewalt circular saw i got last year that uses 6 1/2 inch blades and i’m having a bit of a hard time finding any of them locally. All the big box stores carry are Dewalt 24 tooth framer’s blades which sufficed to say leave alot of jaggies when i’m cutting plywood with it.
I’ve looked at the usual online stores i shop at (Rockler, Lee Valley, Woodcraft) and I can’t find any. The best thing I’ve been able to come up with is a Vermont American 32 tooth TK blade here in town at a Ace Hardware.
Any help would be appreciated.

Forrest makes a 6" 40 tooth Wood Worker II and a 5 3/8 WWII blade for the smaller DeWalt cordless saw. I suspect they probably do have a 6 1/2 " blade or could make you one. Even if you bought the 6" blade, you'd only be losing a 1/4" in depth of cut.
Their phone number is (800) 733-7111

Ballew Saw and Tool carries the Freud 30-tooth (flat top) 6.5" combination blade, thin kerf which should work well. Freud number TK901, $23.10

I haven't been to their web site since they shut it down for re-construction. You will love their paper catalog. They carry Systimatic, FSTools, Freud, Whiteside, Freeborn, Vega, Porter Cable, a bunch of brands I've never heard of that seem to be oriented toward real professional woodworkers and machinists. Hard not to find what you need there!forestgirl -- you can take the girl out of the forest, but you can't take the forest out of the girl ;-)
