What is the most aggressive hand held wood rasp on the market that you know of ?? I’m looking to replace one given to me that I use in the field when I install cabinets and such. I clean up scribes and copes easily , and need to carry it in my apron or pouch. Thanks.

I use a set of 2 stockmaker's rasps. Check Brownells or Midway gunsmith supply. They're tapered, half-round rasps. One coarse & one fine. Both are excellent.

Don't know if this is the most aggresive but it is tough and its under 20 bucks. I have used these in my back pocket to file horse shoes and wood curves on chunks of curly maple. I'm working on my second one. Took the old one to the forge and made a really nice knife out of the old one. I have recommended this beaver to a couple other knotters in the past and I got some positive feedback. You might want to consider it if you don't expect much from a handle.
This might be too aggressive but take a look.
