Well, first the bad news: several years ago, my entire shop was stolen during a family move; they stole the entire moving van!
Now for the (sort of) good news: I decided a year or two ago to rebuild my shop, which has been fun, as well as a great chance to not make the same mistakes as the past when buying tools. I had great success with my simple PM 64 Artisan saw last time, and never appreciated just how well the factory had aligned the blade to the table top, until I purchased my new table saw – another PM64. The alignment is pretty horrible and I don’t have a clue, other than a nebulous instruction in the manual that basicly reads “if the blade is not in alignment with the T-slot, align it”. Never a word as to the details.
If anyone can provide some details on how to adjust this beast, I’d appreciate it very much (understatement there).
I’m brand-new to the forum, having just registered this last hour. I already love the interaction and great info being passed back and forth!

the best way is to loosen the rear trunion.
basically you bump it in or away.
I have attached a aligner I made.
John, I never got back to you on this, but thanks very much for the feedback. Also, your alignment jig looks great!
