I went Googling and couldn't find one in the form of a disc. Several companies make an 18 piece set, with a separate gage for each angle from 5 degrees to 90 degrees in 5 degree steps. MSC ( http://www.mscdirect.com ) has a set by SPI for about $70 or individual pieces for about $5. They also have a no-name import set for about $40.
There are currently three of the no-name import sets listed on eBay at $9, $16, and $17. All three use the "gage" spelling if you want to do a search.
If you use a sharpening guide, you could take some measurements and calculate the angle with trigonometry. :)
