attach strip of wood to one edge of base with double sided tape to create desired angle.
clamp straight edge to work to guide router.

I made guides for my router when I built a shoe cabinet for a customer with angled dados.
Depending on how many or how long, you could use a chisel and mallet and then clean bottom with a router hand plane. Not that hard to do. It’s actually kind of fun.
