While an analine dye is dramatically less likely to cause a gluing problem than a stain with a binder, it still may have at least some impact. Since a bit of masking tape over the surfaces to be glued will solve the problem without a lot of hassle I would avoid dying the glue surfaces. This is just a risk/reward cost analysis. The cost of avoiding the dye is so small that the risk would have to be miniscule to make it worth taking, in my opinion.
I have glued dyed wood with hide glue, with no noticeable effect on the strength of the joint. If you use the common gluing test, of a drop of water to gauge the absorption rate of the wood, you'll see that dye has no effect on the ability of the glue to penetrate the surface, and therefore should not in any way hinder the strength of glued joint. On surfaces that are burnished or coated with some thing that repels water, the drop of water will sit on the surface, indicating a potentially poor glue bond.

It's never been a problem in my experience. Dyes penetrate the wood cells physically altering the colour and once the solvent has evaporated out they don't add physical barriers to glue penetration into those same wood cells and curing is unaffected. I really can't see how dried dyes could cause a problem.
Stains on the other hand often include small amounts of polish of some sort to fix the pigment element to the wood grain/pores and the fixative of varnish, linseed oil or whatever could definitely cause glue adhesion problems. Slainte.
