OK, I don’t have any play money this week, so I’ll let you guys know about this auction. It’s on Sunday, Nov. 7th in the Crown Hill area of Seattle. Looks like there are quite a few good ol’ cast iron tools and some newer stuff also.
Go to the following page at the MBA auctioneer’s site to see pictures. The auction involves the real estate and contents. He generally does the tools at the beginning of the auction . You can preview on Friday (see home page) or on Sunday morning from 9-10am. I will personally vouch for Larry’s honest handling of absentee bids, should you need to leave one. He will not jack up the price by using your maximum absentee bid.

Hey, that's two minutes from my house.
I've given brief consideration to going over this afternoon for the preview, waiting to hear from a friend I invited along. You going to the preview today?
If you have time, you should check out the auction. Larry runs the best auction around, IMHO. Everything is numbered and cataloged, he moves at a good clip but is very respectful of all his bidders, and he's quite honorable in the way he handles absentee bids. forestgirl -- you can take the girl out of the forest, but you can't take the forest out of the girl ;-)Another proud member of the "I Rocked With ToolDoc Club" .... :>)
