Anti-kickback Spreader and Pawls for Jet
I have a Jet cabinet saw and my employees remove the guard everytime I turn around. there’s always an excuse. So, I just ordered one of the PennState overarm guards and dust collectors, hoping that the less intrusive type of guard will persuade them to leave it on. I then went looking for a separate spreader and found nothing. There are several items to fit the Delta unisaw, but I have no way to know if these will fit the Jet. Any ideas?

Pertz,
I bought a spreader and pawl for my PM 66 and it works great. It was bought in Des Moines Iowa at woodsmith store (515) 254-9494.
It has a snap in clip that makes removal for dadoing etc. instant.
It did cost about $100 so it's pricey, but works well and since its painted white, I think it would work on a jet, but call and ask them.

The overarm guard is an excellent idea, but you've got a real problem with workshop safety compliance. Might want to look into spending a bit of time discussing it with your employees.
If you don't have a set of SOP's for shop safety you're leaving yourself wide open for problems with both insurance and OSHA.
Good luck.

Excalibur should have a Merlin splitter for your saw. Take a look at this page, and look up your model. I have retrofitted one onto my contractor saw (wasn't really made to fit it) and I love it. The one possible problem you might run into is interference when you tilt the saw all the way to 45*s.
If you don't see your saw there, I'd give them a call, just to be sure.
This splitter is very quick to remove and replace, has a pair of kick-back pawls on each side, and seems to stay lined up very well.

Here's a link for the Biesemeyer splitter too:
