I feel the need to due to the pain in my wrist and elbow to find a pair of anti-vibration gloves. Does anyone have a recommendation and a source for some?
Thanks,
Eric

They make bicycling gloves that have gel padding in the palms. When I have a lot of machine hand-sanding to do (e.g., random orbit sander, pad sander), I suffer less tingling and numbness when I wear them.
I got mine at a sporting goods store.

I'd suggest talking with a doctor who understands this issue. I have carpal tunnel syndrome, and I had to change some things to get some relief. At one point, it was so bad that my hands couldn't bear the force a pushup generates. Now (without surgery) I can do everything.
You may know all about what's causing your pain, but if not, you should at least consider talking to a specialist.
Vibration usually causes problems with numbness or tingling in the hands. Wrist and elbow pain is most likely caused by something else, wear and tear, strain, arthritis, Lyme disease etc. There are so many possible causes that even a good doctor may have trouble pinning down the problem, good luck with it.

The farm supply outfit near me who sells industrial strength chainsaws has antivibration gloves.

Try Lee Valley they used to market them
Impacto make the best. Here is a link to a section of their website with the type I use and highly recommend. They should be able to tell you where to get them locally.

I got mine at Woodcraft. Fingerless with padded palms. They help a lot. Most I found elsewhere are meant for running a jack-hammer. Might as well try to hold on to a sander wearing catcher's gloves. I had CT surgery a few years ago. I didn't get into WW heavily until 10 years ago. Did my damage when I was younger playing insane amounts of Fooseball (my college minor) and Racquet ball. I'm getting close to buying a Performax to cut down my sanding to the last pass or two with a RO.

We trained hard, but it seemed that every time we were beginning to form up into teams, we would be reorganized. I was to learn later in life that we tend to meet any new situation by reorganizing; and a wonderful method it can be for creating the illusion of progress while producing confusion, inefficiency, and demoralization.
