Scout,
I've seen a few similar old bandsaws around like-wise retro-fiited with guards and motors. These old tools were originally designed to run off jackshafts using wide leather belts. Some early saw manufacturers were Crescent, Oliver, Yates American and other companies. Search all over the saw to see if you can find any identifying information, such as a metal plate or a manufacturers name cast in the metal. A few of these companies still exist and may be helpful in attaining parts or rebuilding advice.

Go to the Old Woodworking Machinery website, there's a good chance you'll find it in their photo section. If there's a manufacturer's tag on the machine you can search by maker.
The logo of the Old Woodworking Machines web site looks just like your saw.
