After months of trying to deal with my problems using customer service, factory service centers, and tech serivces. I still have unresolved problems with my lathe. I’ve been down for over 4 months and it has cost me a lot of income. Anytime I ask to speak to a manager, I am just transferred to tech services, who do not solve my problems.
I just tried emailing a few of the people in higher positions over there, and they all came back undeliverable. I need to speak to someone who isn’t going to give excuses and pass the buck.
If anyone has some contact info (email addresses) that would be useful, I sure would appreciate it. Thanks
Ed

Have you tried the "can I speak to your supervisor" approach?
Or "what would you do if you were in my situation?" question. This is the more friendly approach and it turns the person on the phone into a helper instead of a barrier.
Good luck,

Measure it with a micrometer, mark it with chalk, cut it with an ax.
Seems odd. I had a jointer in our shop and it was almost out of warranty and one of the guys tolld me there was a problem with it. Within an hour I got a call back from technical service and they made arrangements to swap it for a new machine. Didn't do anything special or yell at anyone. I was just polite and professional and received the same in return. I've been dealing with Delta over 20 years with no problems at all. Keep at it. I'm sure they will take care of it. One of the best companies to do warranty stuff with. Most companies don't comecloes and I deal with this stuff for a living, repairs that is.
