   I have owned and used a Wood Rat for about two years. It is a superb piece of equipment. Mkaes mortise & tenon and dovetails very fast and accurately. I love it. There is a Woodrat discussion group at:

   I never use my horizontal mortise, and except for the major dovetails in a peice, I use the woodrat, uncluding the half blind drawer front dovetails.

   BTW, I owned a Leigh jig for years and never used it. It was easier to do DTs by hand.
