Arbor insert? What’s it called?

Many 12″ circular saw blade with one inch arbor bore come with an insert so the blade can be used with 5/8 inch arbor saw.
What is the proper name of this insert? I am hoping to make such an insert for use with a blade with 25 mm on an arbor of 20 mm. I cannot even search in Youtube for a DIY idea because I do not know why key word to use.
This is for the Harbor Freight circular blade sharpener. The diamond blade that comes with it, 20mm arbor bore, has too coarse grit, 180. I found a source for carbide grinding disk of a finer grit, 300, but the arbor hole is 25mm.

Arbor bushing.
Contact the source of the grinding disk. They may have such a bushing ready made.
