one is made in Canada, the other taiwan.
you won't regret buying the general 350, IMO it's one of, if not the best 10" cabinet saw built today.
international = overseas manufature
General also did a redesign of their 350 saw a few years back. The side access door and dust shoot were improved and the saw has a much squarer look. No nice rounded corner. The older saw shell is much like older Rockwell saws and shapers.
