Asian-Inspired Hall Table discrepancy between plans and sketchup
There is a discrepancy between the project plan for the Asian-Inspired Hall Table and the skechup drawing. The scale drawing for the taper of Face 2 on Page 4 shows that the front of a leg could be cut from a rectangular piece 1 5/8″ wide. But the same leg on the skechup when superimposed on a rectangular piece would require 2 3/16″ of width (which is also the dimension included in the cut list). Has anyone looked at this issue?

Yes, it was checked several times and it is correct as shown in the plans. I distinctly remember going over the dimensions for the leg blank to make sure they were correct. I just made an image that shows the leg blank superimposed on a rectangle that is 2-3/16 in. wide. You can see it here.
You do need a larger blank if you set the pattern so the top edge of the leg is parallel to the top edge of the blank. The intent is to set it slightly angled as shown here. The dimensions given are essentially the minimum required to get the leg out. Certainly you can make the blanks larger if desired.
