Hello,
I saw some tables having the top made of bamboo. the bamboo was used as a veneer. I am also interested of doing the same, however I do not know how to peel the bamboo so it can be used as a veneer.
I would appreciate if someone can help
Thanks

I don't think you'd have a lot of luck doing this yourself as it's an involved process to make bamboo plywood, but you can buy the bamboo already veneered to a substrate. It isn't cheap...
Here's a link to one of the major players in the bamboo market to get you started:
http://www.plyboo-america.com/html/products.html
The bamboo I've used came in 3/4" x 4'x8' sheets with the inside grain going the opposite way and 1/4" and 1/2" x 2' x 6' sheets with the grain going the same way. I did some glue tests and I found that epoxy was the only one that worked.
My client bought it from a company in San Francisco called Plyboo.
