Hi All, I need to make a large mitered display stand out of bamboo plywood. I’ve never worked with the material before… any and all advice from first-hand experience would be great. I have samples on the way.

Never used it. Let us know what it's like.
Useless as ever. :@)
Seriously, I didn't know about bamboo plywood. Where is the source?
I have no first hand experience other than bamboo flooring but Frank Howard has a YouTube series on building a kitchen of bamboo ply that will probably be helpful.
From what I saw, you treat it like any other product.
I am dealing with an outfit called Cali.

I would really like info on gluing the miters. I'll use the domino too of course. Samples should arrive Monday.
Just closing this loop... I bought "edge grain" bamboo plywood, and of course the F-tool tracksaw (loving it). The results are good. The main thing I like about the material is the heavy thickness of the outer plies and that the middle ply wound up being solid long grain for the glueup.
I added dominos that I cut short to avoid blowing through the surface and the whole thing went together perfectly. If you can find the plywood try it out. It sands to a nice finish and the edges are pretty enough to leave alone. The surface is hard as a rock compared to regular plywood.
Thanks for the update. That mitered edge looks like it was painstaking inlay and veneer work. I'm impressed.
Intriguing and quite beautiful. Can you comment on its price compared to similar dimension baltic birch ply?
It looks like the only option is to have them ship. Any info you can provide on shipping charges?
I did not wind up going with Cali. I had contacted them and Plyboo. Plyboo started with crazy shipping charges also, even a "pallet charge" add-on to put it on a truck. When I asked about local distribution the "Regional VP" for the Northeast never answered my email...crickets. I went on to find a lumberyard 8 miles from me had it in stock. It felt pretty sleazy and I told her (and the main office) so. She answered that email with "Thanks for the feedback."
At the yard I paid about $300 for a 4x8 sheet of 3/4". Each sheet was plastic wrapped and perfect. Get help moving it, it weighs a ton.
1 thing about bamboo, it splinters easily. It's worse than, or as bad as black palm. Don't believe me? Just run an un-gloved hand across it.

I had no issues with splintering, zero. The edges are sharp though and had to be eased.
