Bandsaw blade keeps slipping off
I have a 9″ PowerTec bandsaw that I’ve been using for about 7 years on small pine projects (pretty high volume). I can cut for a max of 3 inches before the blade pops off. I’ve adjusted the tension, removed any residue from the wheels, cleaned everything thoroughly, changed blades. I’m about to toss it over the hill! Any suggestions?

Have you adjusted the tracking? It's normally a bolt or wing-nut on the back of the upper wheel assembly.
Check your tires on the wheels. They do go bad and after all this time, I'd venture that's your problem.
If it's not the tracking then it's the crown in the tires. Their should be a small crown to it, slightly perceptible. You can sand it in with sand paper. High spot of crown will be center of tire. This should make blade track, if not you could have a bent wheel. If you don't have enough rubber on wheel to form crown you will need a new tire.
If this is a new blade it could be the blade. I have four blades and one of them never has stayed on no matter what I do. The three others - no problem.
