There are only one or two aftermarket fences made for bandsaws and we have never tested them at the magazine so I can't give you an informed opinion on them. To be honest the fence that came on the saw isn't that bad, and, in general, high precision isn't really required for a bandsaw fence.
If you are going to be resawing, adding a taller face to the stock fence helps to control the cut. You can find an article I wrote about setting up a bandsaw for resawing in the archives section.
